Wide range ratio: the range ratio can reach up to 400:1, which is 5 times that of mechanical water meters. It can adapt to a wide range from minimal flow to maximum flow, and can be applied to a variety of different water conditions, such as residential water, industrial water, etc., and can maintain good measurement accuracy under different flow scenarios.
Low starting flow: extremely high sensitivity, small water flow can be identified, the starting flow can be as low as less than 0.01m/s, can respond to small water flow changes, effectively solve the traditional water meter in the small flow of inaccurate measurement or can not measure the problem, can improve the income for the water supply department.
Structure and maintenance
No mechanical moving parts: there is no mechanical rotating parts or other moving parts of the traditional water meter inside, there is no mechanical wear, the measurement accuracy will not decrease after long-term operation, reducing the failure and maintenance costs caused by wear, and the service life is longer.
Simple and compact structure: the overall structure is relatively simple, composed of flow sensors, temperature sensors, calculators and other components, small size, easy to install and maintain, occupy small space, especially suitable for limited installation space places.
Easy and flexible installation: can be installed horizontally or vertically, the installation position and straight pipe section requirements are relatively low, some ultrasonic water meters can be installed even without straight pipe section, adapt to a variety of installation occasions, reduce the installation difficulty and cost, and the installation process will not have a greater impact on the pipeline system.
Data processing and transmission
Data storage and recording: It can automatically save historical data, such as the latest 24 months of monthly flow data, so as to facilitate users to query and analyze water consumption, and provide a reliable basis for water resource management and billing.
A variety of communication interfaces: equipped with a full range of interfaces, such as MBUS bus interface, RS485 bus interface and infrared interface, can achieve remote data collection and centralized control, easy to connect with other equipment or systems and data interaction, to meet the needs of modern water management, remote monitoring, automatic billing and other functions, improve management efficiency.
Low power design: Maintaining very low current consumption during data communication can greatly extend battery life, reduce the frequency and cost of battery replacement, and also benefit the environment.
Operating environment and reliability
Small pressure loss: the straight-through metering pipe section structure has little effect on water flow obstruction, almost no pressure loss, and will not have a significant impact on the pressure of the water supply system, which can reduce energy consumption and operating costs for the water supply department, especially for water supply systems with high pressure requirements.
Strong protection performance: product structure and principle to ensure that the water meter can work for a long time under high pressure, low temperature, water immersion and other harsh conditions without damage, high protection level, such as the use of IP68 protection level components, even in flooding and other cases can still work normally, with good stability and reliability, can adapt to complex outdoor environment and industrial site environment.
