High precision measurement
Not affected by fluid characteristics: For fluids such as water, ultrasonic water meters are not affected by impurities and chemicals in water, and can measure flow stably and accurately. In contrast, mechanical water meters may cause impeller wear due to impurities in the water, affecting the measurement accuracy.
Wide range ratio: The range ratio of ultrasonic water meters is usually wider, up to 100:1 or even higher. This means that it can maintain a high measurement accuracy in both small and large flow situations, and can accurately measure the amount of water under different water usage scenarios, from tiny drips to large amounts of water.
Functional diversity

Easy installation and maintenance
Low installation requirements: The requirements for the installation environment are relatively low, there is no need to strictly require the length of the straight pipe section like the mechanical water meter, and it can be easily installed in some places with limited space or complex pipeline layout. The external clamped ultrasonic water meter does not even need to cut or modify the pipeline, and can be installed directly on the outside of the pipeline.
Low maintenance cost: Because there is no mechanical component wear, and the reliability of electronic components is high, the maintenance workload is small and the maintenance cost is low. It is not necessary to regularly disassemble, clean, calibrate and other maintenance operations on the water meter, but only to check the running status and battery level of the water meter regularly.
