1. Regular calibration

Regular calibration is very important to ensure the measuring accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeters. The instrument shall be calibrated according to standard calibration procedures and cycles, and errors shall be corrected to ensure accuracy and stability.

2. Select an installation environment

The installation environment of the electromagnetic flowmeter will also affect its measurement accuracy, so the appropriate installation position should be selected, and in the indoor environment, interference from radiation sources should be considered to avoid magnetic substances occupying the nearby environment, affecting the electromagnetic field, resulting in errors.

3. Correct selection

In the selection, the first need to choose the appropriate electromagnetic flowmeter model and specifications according to the actual situation, followed by the need to understand the characteristics of the measured medium, including viscosity, density, temperature, pressure, conductivity, etc., and other working parameters. Through the analysis of these factors, combined with the actual engineering application, reasonable selection and configuration can effectively reduce the error.

4. Maintenance maintenance

For electromagnetic flowmeters, it is necessary to do maintenance, including regular cleaning, replacement of accessories and components, and maintenance of measurement systems. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure the power parameters of the instrument, the cleaning of the dust collector and the replacement of the filter, and to keep the instrument away from magnetic field interference.
