Liquid electromagnetic flowmeter is an induction meter based on Farrah’s law of electromagnetic induction to measure the volume flow of conductive medium in the pipe, which is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid in the pipe, such as water, sewage, mud, pulp, acid, alkali, salt liquid and food slurry. It is widely used in petrochemical, mining and metallurgy, coal, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other industries.
While meeting the on-site display, the product can also output 4 ~ 20mA current signal for recording, regulating and controlling the electromagnetic flowmeter in addition to measuring the flow of general conductive liquid, it can also measure the liquid solid two-phase flow, high viscosity liquid flow and the volume flow of salt, strong acid and strong alkali liquid.
Liquid electromagnetic flowmeter can refer to several points when purchasing:
1, according to the characteristics of one type and separate type electromagnetic flowmeter, choose the right type. A body type installation line is convenient, medium accuracy, should not be installed below the ground, to prevent the converter from being flooded. The separation type of flowmeter has high accuracy, and the converter and sensor are installed in different places, which is more suitable for the occasions where the field environment is relatively poor, but the installation and laying of the line are strict, otherwise it is easy to introduce interference signals.
2, choose the appropriate electrode form. For the medium that does not produce crystallization, scarring, and non-staining electrodes, standard electrodes can be used, and interchangeable electrodes can also be used for sludge measurement occasions.
3. Select the electrode material according to the corrosiveness of the measured medium.
4, according to the corrosion, wear and temperature of the measured medium to choose the lining material.
5. Protection level.
7, according to the pressure of the measured medium to select the nominal pressure of the equipment. For the medium pressure of 10MPa, 16MPa, 25MPa, 32MPa several grades of flow measurement, high pressure electromagnetic flowmeter should be selected.
