The hydrostatic level meter works based on the hydrostatic pressure principle of liquid. It calculates the liquid level height by measuring the static pressure generated by the liquid column, following the formula P=ρgh.
It is mainly divided into submersible type, single flange type and double flange differential pressure type. The submersible type is easy to install and directly put into the bottom of the tank; the single flange is suitable for open tanks; the double flange type is designed for sealed pressure tanks to eliminate the impact of tank internal gas pressure.
Adopting high-precision pressure sensor, it features high stability, simple structure and cost-effective. It outputs standard 4-20mA or RS485 signal, with measuring range from 0~1m to 0~200m. Wetted parts adopt 304/316L stainless steel or ceramic diaphragm, optional explosion-proof design Ex ia/ib IICT6.
This level meter is widely applicable to water treatment, sewage tank, chemical acid-base tank, petroleum storage tank, water conservancy reservoir, power plant and food & pharmaceutical industries. It is not affected by liquid turbidity and bubbles, ideal for measuring sewage, slurry and various conventional liquid media.
