1. The installation of the electromagnetic flowmeter should ensure that its measuring pipe is installed horizontally and its inner cavity is stable. During the installation phase, the horizontal and inclined direction of the measuring pipe should be determined to ensure that the electromagnetic flowmeter is perpendicular to the pipe plane.

2. During the installation, special attention should be paid to the flatness and curvature of the pipeline. For the straight pipe section, crossover, bending and insertion should be avoided.

3. When installing the electromagnetic flow meter, ensure that the length of the vertical pipe section is not less than 10 times the electrode diameter, and ensure that the length of the vertical pipe section is not less than 20 times the electrode diameter when the bending pipe or the perpendicularity difference is large.

4. The installation position of the electromagnetic flowmeter in the pipeline should ensure that the installation is stable, there should be no external vibration or impact, and the installation position can not be in the bending area of the pipeline to avoid measurement errors due to excessive bending.

5, in the installation of electromagnetic flow timing, should choose the flow meter in line with the diameter of the pipe, should not be too large or too small. 6. After installation, the electromagnetic flowmeter should be calibrated to ensure its accuracy. The setting of current and the adjustment of conductivity should be paid attention to on time at school.

7. The electromagnetic flowmeter should be regularly maintained during use, and the electrode and sensor positions should be guaranteed to be clean and trouble-free.
