Non contact flow meter

Non-contact flow meter for measuring difficult-to-reach and unobservable fluids and large pipe flows. It is linked with the water level gauge to measure the flow of open water flow. The use of ultrasonic flow ratio does not need to install measuring elements in the fluid, so it does not change the flow state of the fluid, does not produce additional resistance, and the installation and maintenance of the instrument does not affect the operation of the production line, so it is an ideal energy-saving flowmeter.
(1) Ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-contact measuring instrument, which can be used to measure the fluid flow and large pipe runoff that are not easy to contact and observe. It does not change the flow state of the fluid, does not produce pressure loss, and is easy to install.

At present, the industrial flow measurement generally has the problem of large pipe diameter and large flow measurement difficulties, which is because the general flow meter will bring manufacturing and transportation difficulties with the increase of the measuring pipe diameter, the cost will increase, the energy loss will increase, and the installation of not only these shortcomings, ultrasonic flow meters can be avoided.
Because all kinds of ultrasonic flowmeters can be installed outside the pipe, non-contact flow measurement, the cost of the instrument is basically unrelated to the diameter of the pipeline being measured, and other types of flowmeters with the increase in diameter, the cost increases significantly, so the larger the diameter of the ultrasonic flowmeter than other types of flowmeters with the same function, the more superior the functional price ratio. It is considered to be a better large-pipe runoff measuring instrument, and the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter can measure the flow of two-phase media, so it can be used for the measurement of sewage and sewage and other dirty flows.
In the power plant, it is much more convenient to use portable ultrasonic flowmeter to measure the large pipe runoff such as the water intake of turbine and the circulating water of turbine. Ultrasonic flow juice can also be used for gas measurement. The application range of pipe diameters is from 2cm to 5m, from open channels and culverts a few meters wide to rivers 500m wide.
In addition, the flow measurement accuracy of ultrasonic measuring instruments is almost not affected by the temperature, pressure, viscosity, density and other parameters of the measured flow body, and can be made into non-contact and portable measuring instruments, so it can solve the problem of flow measurement of strong corrosive, non-conductive, radioactive and flammable and explosive media that are difficult to measure by other types of instruments. In addition, in view of the characteristics of non-contact measurement, coupled with a reasonable electronic circuit, a meter can be adapted to a variety of pipe diameter measurement and a variety of flow range measurement. The adaptability of ultrasonic flowmeter is also unmatched by other meters.
