Lanry brand Doppler flow measurement liquid can measure the flow rate of dirty liquids with solids or air bubbles,like waste water,ground water,slurry,industrial sewage water, sludge and mining application,etc.It is used for full filled pipe. This paired clamp on transducers is mounted on the outside of pipe wall,so it is not affected by abrasives or harsh fluids. Also,it is no blocking of flow and no pressure drop.
2. No maintenance external clamp transducers or sensors ( No contact directly with dirty water )
The clamp-on probe sensor is suitable for the pipe diameter from 40mm to 4000mm.
Our Doppler flowmeter can measure slurry or other similar liquids.But it depends on many factors,such as solids content,solids size and sound conductivity if the meter will have a good flow value.
The conditions as follow:
(1) There must be some particles large enough to cause longitudinal reflection – particles larger than 100 micron.
(2) The solids content is from 15% to 30%.
(3) When install the transducers, the installation location must have enough straight pipe length upstream and downstream. Commonly, the upstream needs 10D and downstream needs 5D straight pipe length, where D is pipe diameter.

The Doppler flow algorithm filters out background noise and interference,and against weak and distorted signals for increased reliability and accuracy.The clamp on type ensures correct sensor alignment on horizontal or vertical pipes.
4. Suitable for many pipe materials
Lanry flowmeter doppler is ok to measure some material pipe like carbon steel, stainless,PVC, steel, cast iron, HDPE ductile iron, and concrete lined ductile iron… any pipe material that conducts ultrasound.
