In general, insertion ultrasonic flow-meter doesn’t have special requirements for measured pipes.
For weldable metal pipelines, insertion sensors can be weld directly into the pipe.
For non-weldable pipework, it needs to be installed by hoop.
What medium can be measured for Lanry brand insertion ultrasonic flow meter ?
The measured medium must be a single liquid without excessive bubbles and solid particle impurities, and the temperature of the medium is in the range of -35 to 150℃.
In addition, when the insertion sensors works, the toxicity and corrosion of the measured medium, the pipeline working pressure less than or equal to 2.5MPa (1.6Mpa) should also be considered.
When the medium is relatively dirty, the dirt is easy to attach to the sensors, and the sensors should be cleaned regularly.
