The upper limit of high temperature is 250℃ measured by the clamp sensor and 160℃ measured by the insertion sensor.
During sensor installation, note the following:
1) Wear high temperature protective gloves and do not touch the pipe;
2) Use high temperature couplant ;
3) The sensor cable should be dedicated high temperature line, and when wiring, the cable should be far away from the pipe;
4) The general transmission of high temperature medium pipe outer insulation layer, sensor installation, need to remove the insulation layer;
5) If the sensor is a plug-in sensor, seal the hole properly, wrap the raw material belt well, take protective measures, and do not stand in the direction of spraying liquid.
