Yes, our electromagnetic flowmeter can adapt to various corrosive working conditions by matching different lining and electrode materials.
For mildly corrosive media such as domestic sewage and weak acid water, we adopt natural rubber or neoprene or PU, PTFE and other linings together with 316L stainless steel electrodes to meet demand.
For strong acid, strong alkali, brine and highly corrosive chemical liquids, we equip PTFE (Teflon) full lining with corrosion-resistant electrodes including titanium, tantalum and Hastelloy alloy series. These materials effectively resist erosion from chloride ions, acid and alkali components and prevent surface pitting corrosion.
Besides wetted parts, we also offer optional anti-corrosion coating for the sensor housing and IP68 stainless steel converter enclosure for coastal salt fog and humid corrosive workshops.
However, it is necessary to inform us of the specific medium composition, concentration and temperature in advance so that we can configure the most suitable anti-corrosion combination to guarantee long-term stable measurement.
