Because flow sensors are mounted on the external surface of the pipe,so no demand of breacking the pipeline and it just clamped on the pipe wall by transducers mounting rails or S-S belt as below description.
1. Lay on enough couplant on the transducer and put it to the polished area of pipe to ensure an acoustically conductive connection to the pipe.
2. Fix the transducer with the screw of the SS steel belt . Don’t fix the transducer
too tight to make the couplant out. Or the signal is poor.
3. Mount the other transducer in the same way.
Note: Make sure the distance exactly same with the M25 value and the transducers are on a line parallel to pipe central line.
