Insertion Transducer Installation Manual
1. Locate the Installing Point on Pipe
2. Weld Mounting Base
3. Place the Gasket Ring
PTFE Gasket ring on Mounting Base
4. Screw Ball Valve onto the Mounting Base
Screw the ball valve tightly onto the base, and keep it open for drilling.
5. Drill Hole
6. Screw the Transducer on
Screw the transducer in. Transducer position as showed.
Insert and screw the transducer on and open the ball valve at proper time to prevent liquid ejection.
7. Fix Transducer
Screw the bush tightly to prevent the liquid leak and fix the transducer.
8. Install the Other Transducer in the Same Way
Repeat above steps to install the other transducer
Ensure the two wire holes face up or face down at the same time, and both of them absolutely parallel.
It need to install a weldable (usually carbon steel) hoop if pipe material is cement, ductile iron or other unweldable material.
